GHCL shares jumped 8% following its Q2 financial results for the quarter ending September 30. The company reported a net profit of ₹154.8 crore, marking an 8.4% increase from ₹142.8 crore in the same period last year.
Quarterly revenue came in at ₹792.8 crore, down 1.6% from ₹806.1 crore, attributed mainly to lower realizations. Despite the slight dip in revenue, GHCL’s EBITDA margin improved to 26.6% from 26.4%, reflecting gains in operational efficiency.
Today, GHCL opened at ₹575.00, reaching a high of ₹612.00 and a low of ₹575.00. As of 9:58 am, the shares were trading 8.39% higher at Rs 610.00 on the NSE.
