Gensol Engineering’s stock jumped 6% after securing a significant contract from NTPC Renewable Energy Limited (NTPC REL). The company will develop a 225 MW-AC (276 MWDC) grid-connected solar PV project at GSECL Solar Park, Rann of Kutch, Gujarat.
The project, worth ₹897.47 crore, includes a three-year operations and maintenance (O&M) deal. This milestone highlights Gensol’s leadership in renewable energy infrastructure and project execution.
Gensol Engineering’s shares opened at ₹763.75. As of 9:17 a.m., shares trading 6.22% higher at Rs 757.80 on the NSE.
