Enviro Infra Engineers Limited shares climbed 4% after the company announced a joint venture with AltoraPro Infrastructure for a major government project. The two firms have formed a JV under the name “Enviro Infra Engineers Limited AIEPL JV”, with Enviro Infra as the lead partner.

This JV has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) dated July 8, 2025, from the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) for a ₹395.5 crore contract. The project involves upgrading common effluent treatment plants (CETPs) with zero liquid discharge (ZLD) technology in industrial estates of Ichalkaranji, Hatkanangale, and Yadrav in Kolhapur district.

The scope includes design, supply, construction, commissioning, and two-year operation and maintenance of the CETPs. The contract is entirely domestic and is expected to be completed within 24 months.
