Shares of EIH Associated Hotels Ltd rose 2.77% to ₹384.05 in early trade on May 19 after the company posted strong earnings for the quarter ended March 31, 2025. The hospitality firm reported a 25.73% jump in consolidated net profit at ₹46.28 crore in Q4 FY25, up from ₹36.81 crore in the same quarter last year.
Revenue from operations during the quarter rose 5.59% to ₹139.91 crore, compared to ₹132.50 crore in the year-ago period. The operating profit margin also improved to 43.29% in Q4 FY25, from 37.77% in Q4 FY24.
Profit before tax (PBT) increased 25.81% to ₹62.16 crore from ₹49.42 crore last year, while profit before depreciation, interest, and tax (PBDT) stood at ₹66.29 crore, up 23% from ₹53.73 crore.
For the full financial year ended March 2025, net profit grew 13.35% to ₹91.85 crore, compared to ₹81.03 crore in FY24. Annual sales stood at ₹408.24 crore, marking a 6.09% rise from ₹384.79 crore in the previous year.
The stock traded in a range of ₹379.00 to ₹398.70 today, with a market capitalization of ₹23,450 crore and a P/E ratio of 28.47, according to NSE data.
