Shares of Easy Trip Planners (EaseMyTrip) are likely to remain in focus after the company announced a new customer-focused initiative aimed at improving the airport departure experience for travellers. The travel-tech platform has partnered with Hoi’s Travel & Airport Experience Platform to offer complimentary pre-ordered meals for passengers departing from Hyderabad, New Delhi and Goa (GOX) airports, according to a regulatory filing made on December 24, 2025 .

Under the initiative, travellers booking flights through EaseMyTrip can pre-select a meal by choosing the outlet, dish and pickup time during the booking journey. Once the selection is completed on the Hoi platform, meals are prepared in advance and made available at the chosen time, helping passengers avoid long food court queues that often exceed 30 minutes during peak travel hours .

The company said the service is designed to make airport experiences more seamless and stress-free, while reinforcing EaseMyTrip’s broader vision of building a customer-first, integrated travel ecosystem. Rikant Pittie, Co-Founder and CEO of EaseMyTrip, said the complimentary meal offering is a practical, value-added service intended to simplify pre-boarding decisions and improve overall convenience for travellers .

EaseMyTrip added that the initiative aligns with its strategy of introducing thoughtful, technology-driven enhancements across the travel journey. The offering is currently available at select airports, with the company focusing on improving efficiency and passenger experience rather than adding extra charges.

The announcement was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and has been communicated to both the BSE and NSE .

Market participants will watch how such customer-centric initiatives translate into user engagement, repeat bookings and long-term platform stickiness for EaseMyTrip.
