Dynamatic Technologies Ltd. witnessed a gain of more than 4% in its share price after announcing a significant expansion of its partnership with Dassault Aviation. The company has entered into a strategic agreement to manufacture and assemble the complete rear fuselage (Section 5) of Dassault’s latest business jet, the Falcon 6X.
This development follows the successful industrialisation and commencement of commercial production of the rear fuel tank for the same aircraft, with initial deliveries already made to Dassault Aviation. The new mandate marks a substantial enhancement in Dynamatic’s responsibilities within the Falcon 6X programme and underscores Dassault’s continued confidence in its Indian manufacturing partner.
The agreement builds upon the collaboration formalised in January 2024, under which Dynamatic was entrusted with producing flight-critical aerostructures for the Falcon 6X. With the addition of the complete rear fuselage assembly, Dynamatic’s role now extends deeper into the aircraft’s structural ecosystem, reinforcing its credentials as a trusted supplier in the global aerospace industry.
Dassault Aviation’s decision to broaden Dynamatic’s scope of work aligns with its longstanding commitment to supporting India’s Make in India initiative. The partnership advances indigenous aerospace manufacturing capabilities by bringing high-precision, complex aerostructure production to India.
Recognised globally for its superior range, advanced avionics and exceptional cabin comfort, the Falcon 6X represents the latest in Dassault’s business aviation portfolio. The expanded engagement with Dynamatic underscores the company’s focus on engineering excellence and the development of a robust, innovation-driven supply chain.
