For the quarter ended March 2026, Dilip Buildcon reported consolidated revenue of ₹2,300 crore, down 25.7% from ₹3,096 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
EBITDA declined 40.6% YoY to ₹392 crore against ₹661 crore in the year-ago period. EBITDA margin also contracted sharply by 420 basis points to 17.1%, compared to 21.3% last year.
The company’s net profit fell 63.6% YoY to ₹62.1 crore, versus ₹171 crore reported in the same quarter previous fiscal.
