Cyient Ltd has announced an interim dividend of ₹16 per equity share, translating to 320% on the par value of ₹5 per share for the financial year 2025-26.
The company has fixed 24th October 2025 as the record date for shareholders eligible to receive the dividend. The payment of the dividend is scheduled to be completed by 12th November 2025.
