Citi has reiterated its ‘Buy’ rating on Bharti Airtel, setting a target price of ₹1,920, indicating a potential upside of up to 12% from the current market price of ₹1,710.60.

The brokerage notes that Bharti Airtel has reiterated its immediate target of achieving an average revenue per user (ARPU) of ₹300. This growth is expected to be driven by a combination of tariff hikes and customer upgrades from 2G to 4G services, supporting revenue expansion.

Additionally, the company is focused on increasing monetization through a shift from prepaid to postpaid plans, data-driven revenue growth, and expanding services such as international roaming and bundled offerings.

Citi highlights that Bharti Airtel plans to utilize its rising free cash flow (FCF) for deleveraging and increasing payouts to shareholders, reflecting a balanced approach between debt reduction and shareholder returns. The company’s capital expenditure (capex) intensity is expected to decline further in FY26, potentially improving profitability.
