The National Stock Exchange (NSE) has placed Central Depository Services (India) Ltd (CDSL) and Manappuram Finance under the Futures and Options (F&O) ban list for the trading session today.
These stocks have exceeded 95% of the market-wide position limit (MWPL), triggering the restriction under NSE’s F&O trading norms. No fresh positions are allowed in F&O contracts of these stocks until the open interest drops below the prescribed limit.
Investors are advised to trade cautiously in these counters during the ban period.
