Brigade Enterprises, a robust player in the real estate sector, witnessed more than 6% in its share value with the highest-ever quarterly sales in Q4.
The Company informed the exchanges about its substantial achievement in its sales performance while revealing that the pre-sales grew 53% YOY. In FY 23, its sales bookings stood at ₹4,109 crore. Meanwhile, the Company stated in a filing, that it achieved pre-sales of ₹6,013 crore in FY24, of which ₹2,243 crore in the fourth quarter.
This brings a massive achievement in both the quarterly and annual performances.
Besides, the company made another notable disclosure of sales volumes for the Real Estate sector, indicating 7.55 million sqft in FY24 and 2.72 million sqft Q4 FY24.
Notably, the average realization for FY24 was up by 23% from the previous year. On the other hand, Brigade Enterprises also made another disclosure on the collection highlighting another improvement.
Collections for the group were at ₹5,915 crore for FY24 against ₹5,424 crore for FY23.
As of 12:08 PM, the share was trading 5.99% higher at ₹1,053.65.
