Shares of Brigade Enterprises Limited gained 1.78% on Tuesday, September 23, trading at ₹940.95 on the BSE. The rise comes after the realty firm announced on Monday that it has signed a joint development agreement to develop a premium residential project in Banashankari, south Bengaluru.

According to the company, the project will span 7.5 acres and carries a gross development value (GDV) of around ₹1,200 crore. Brigade said the development is designed to deliver high-quality residential spaces, strengthening its position in Bengaluru’s fast-growing real estate market.

The Banashankari project will feature premium apartments catering to homebuyers seeking upscale living in a prime location. With proximity to key infrastructure, educational institutions, and commercial hubs, the project is expected to emerge as a landmark address in south Bengaluru.

Brigade Enterprises highlighted that this project reinforces its commitment to creating thoughtfully designed urban spaces while addressing rising housing demand in the city’s southern corridor.
