BL Kashyap & Sons Ltd saw its shares climb 3% on July 22 after the company announced a major order win worth around ₹910 crore (excluding GST). The contract, awarded by BPTP Limited, involves the construction of residential towers, non-tower areas, and a community building.

In a filing with the stock exchanges, the company said the project is entirely domestic and will be executed over a period of 36 months. The Letter of Intent (LOI) was officially received on July 21, 2025, at 11:00 AM.

Importantly, BL Kashyap confirmed that the contract does not involve any related-party transactions, and there is no promoter or group interest in the awarding company.

This new project adds to BL Kashyap’s growing list of large-scale civil construction contracts across India, further strengthening its position in the infrastructure and real estate development space.
