BEML Limited has secured a new order from the Ministry of Defence for the supply of engines, with a contract value of approximately ₹110 crore. The company disclosed the development in a regulatory filing made under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
In the exchange filings, the company shared, “We hereby inform that BEML Limited has bagged order from the Ministry of Defence for supply of Engines with contract value of Rs. 110 crores approximately.”
The order reinforces BEML’s position as a key public sector player in India’s defence manufacturing ecosystem. The contract involves the supply of engines to the Ministry of Defence, supporting the country’s ongoing focus on strengthening indigenous defence capabilities.
