The auto components maker reported a 20.5% year-on-year (YoY) jump in net profit, reaching ₹57.6 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025. This compares to ₹47.8 crore in the same period last year.
Revenue from operations climbed 8.6% YoY to ₹849.7 crore, up from ₹782.5 crore in Q4 FY24. The company also posted a notable 25.9% YoY growth in EBITDA, which stood at ₹103.9 crore compared to ₹82.5 crore a year earlier.
The EBITDA margin improved to 12.2% in Q4 FY25, up from 10.5% in the corresponding quarter last year.
The board of directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹1.50 per share (75%) on equity shares with a face value of ₹2 each for FY 2024–25. The dividend is subject to shareholder approval.
Ask Automotive shares opened at ₹445.00 today, reaching a high of ₹458.00 and a low of ₹442.75. The stock remains in focus as it trades closer to its 52-week high of ₹508.95, well above its 52-week low of ₹284.35.
