China’s finance ministry to issue $700 million in bonds for Macau’s financial industry
China is set to issue 5 billion yuan ($701.1 million) worth of yuan-denominated bonds to investors in Macau. The issuance on October 30, marking the 25th anniversary of Macau’s return to China, aims to boost the region’s financial industry and promote economic diversification.
