Ashoka Buildcon has secured Letters of Acceptance for two significant projects from the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation, totaling Rs 2,310 crore, according to exchange filings from Friday. The projects include the construction of a flyover and a large-scale engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract for integrated infrastructure development.

One of the contracts, awarded by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation, involves the construction of Flyover Arm 1 and Arm 2 at the T Junction on the Sion Panvel Highway in Maharashtra Nagar, M/E Ward. The project has a quoted bid price of Rs 918 crore (excluding GST) and is expected to be completed within 30 months, considering the monsoon season.

Additionally, the City & Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra Ltd. (CIDCO) has awarded Ashoka Buildcon an EPC contract for the Integrated Infrastructure Development of roads that are 20 meters and wider, including the construction of flyovers, minor bridges, and related electrical works such as street lighting, under the NAINA project. The accepted bid price for this contract is Rs 1,673.24 crore, plus applicable GST, with a completion period of 1,460 days from the commencement date, which also includes the monsoon season.
