Ashoka Buildcon shares gained more than 3% in morning trade after the company emerged as the Lowest Bidder (L-1) for a major project awarded by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC). The order is worth Rs 918 crore.
The project includes the construction of a flyover arm at T Junction on the Sion-Panvel Highway in Maharashtra Nagar, M/E Ward, Mumbai.
This project expands Ashoka Buildcon’s infrastructure development reach and demonstrates its growing presence in municipal projects.
As of 10:33 am, Ashoka Buildcon shares were trading 3.06% higher at Rs 251.50 on the NSE.
