Shares of Ashoka Buildcon may come under focus following the company’s disclosure that the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Department conducted a search and seizure operation at its office premises in Nashik on June 11, 2025.
In a regulatory filing, the company confirmed that a notice was served under Section 67 of the Maharashtra GST Act, 2017, by the Assistant Commissioner of State Tax (Investigation – B), Mumbai. The company noted that the search is ongoing and currently, no financial or operational impact can be quantified.
Ashoka Buildcon added that the operations of the company remain unaffected at this point.
