Amara Raja Energy and Mobility’s stock price soared by 18 percent in early trading on Tuesday, June 25, reaching Rs 1,625 on the NSE. This spike followed the announcement of a technical licensing agreement with China’s Gotion High-Tech.
The deal allows Amara Raja Advanced Cell Technologies Pvt Ltd (ARACT) to license Gotion High-Tech’s LFP technology for lithium-ion cells through Gotion’s unit, GIB EnergyX.
