Shares of AGI Infra Ltd were in focus on Thursday, gaining 0.60% to trade at ₹848.15 as of 2:28 PM, after the company announced that it has received registration from the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), Punjab, for its upcoming residential project in Jalandhar.

The project, titled “AGI Smart Homes-II Extension”, is a group housing residential development located in Village Pholriwal, Jalandhar, and is expected to generate a gross development value (GDV) of ₹800 crore. The registration number assigned by RERA is PBRERA-JAL33-PR1130, dated April 16, 2025, and is valid until December 3, 2029.

In its exchange filing, AGI Infra stated that this registration would enable the company to increase revenue and profitability through the sale of residential flats under this project.

The development strengthens AGI Infra’s footprint in Punjab’s real estate landscape and comes at a time when the company’s market capitalization stands at approximately ₹2,079 crore.

The stock traded in a day range of ₹840 to ₹865 and has a 52-week range of ₹328.53 to ₹971.15.
