Adani Enterprises Limited has announced the incorporation of a joint venture company, Smartport City Limited (SCL), by its wholly owned subsidiary, Adani Airport Holdings Limited (AAHL), in collaboration with Indoport Logistics Private Limited. The joint venture aims to engage in the design, development, operation, and maintenance of airport cargo infrastructure, including integrated warehousing and warehouse management.
Key details of the joint venture include:
- Authorized and Paid-up Share Capital: ₹10 lakh, divided into 1,00,000 equity shares of ₹10 each.
- Shareholding: AAHL will hold a 74% stake in the venture.
- Industry: Airport cargo infrastructure development and maintenance.
