
Shares of Acme Solar declined over 2% in morning trade following the release of its fourth-quarter consolidated financial results. As of 9:51 AM, the shares were trading 2.40% lower at Rs 240.74.
For the quarter, the company’s revenue rose 65.1% year-on-year to ₹487 crore, compared to ₹295 crore in the same period last year. EBITDA also saw a substantial increase, reaching ₹488 crore from ₹233 crore, reflecting improved operational efficiency. Correspondingly, EBITDA margins expanded to 89.5%, up from 68% a year earlier.
However, net profit fell sharply by 76.9% to ₹123 crore, down from ₹532 crore in the previous year.
Acme Solar shares opened at ₹247.00, reaching a high of ₹248.94 and dipping to a low of ₹235.00 during trading. The stock remains below its 52-week high of ₹292.40 but well above the 52-week low of ₹167.75.
