Kavita Kaushik started her career as a model and host. She used to be very active in modeling and hosting during her collage days. She got her first break in Indian television with Ekta Kapoor’s serial Kutumb. She was also seen in hit soap opera Kahaani Ghar Ghar ki. She then appeared in number of serials. Though she was a popular face on Hindi television, she got her biggest success with Sab TV show “Chandramukhi Chautala” in 2006.

The actress made her debut in big screen with movie Ek Hasina thi playing Saif Ali khan’s girlfriend. She also played minor roles in movies Phillum City and Mumbai Cutting. She was even seen performing an item number Shaklia Bano in the movie Zanjeer 2013.She had also worked in many Punjabi movies including Vekh Baraatan Challiyan.
Personal life
After being in relationship with Karan Grover with whom she participated in Nach Baliya, they both parted apart their ways and in 2017 the actress tied knot with her best friend Ronnit Biswas.
The actress is currently creating buzz with her participation in Bigg Boss 14 as a wild card entry. Till now she has appeared very disciplined , strict but fun at the same time.
