Actor Vishal Aditya Singh has finally broken his silence on the viral wedding photos that sparked a social media frenzy, speculating about his relationship with actor Shweta Tiwari.

In a recent interview with India Forums, actor Vishal Aditya Singh addressed the controversy surrounding his viral wedding photos with actress Shweta Tiwari. The morphed images, which showed the two as a married couple, sparked a social media frenzy, with many speculating about their relationship.
Vishal confessed that he found the entire episode to be quite humorous. “Yes, I saw the pictures, too, and honestly, all I can do is laugh,” he said.
The actor further added that he doesn’t feel the need to explain his relationship with Shweta, as people will think whatever they want to. “Shweta and I know the truth about our bond, why should I care about others’ opinions?” he questioned. Vishal also revealed that he and Shweta share a great bond, and that he affectionately calls her “mom.” He emphasized that everyone who knows them understands the nature of their relationship, and that the viral pictures don’t bother him.
This is not the first time that buzz around Shweta and Vishal’s relationship has emerged on social media. The two have been linked up in the past due to their close bond and social media banter.
The viral photographs, which feature Shweta as a bride in traditional attire and Vishal as a groom, appear to be morphed images of actor Swara Bhasker and her husband Fahad Ahmad’s wedding pictures. The photos show Shweta and Vishal posing together after exchanging garlands, and another one shows them signing documents with Vishal standing right next to her.
Shweta Tiwari was previously married to Raja Chaudhary, with whom she has a daughter named Palak Tiwari. She filed for a divorce in 2007 after nine years of marriage, citing Raja’s alcoholism and domestic violence as the reason. Shweta then got married to Abhinav Kohli in 2013, with whom she has a son named Reyansh Kohli. However, she filed a complaint of domestic violence against Abhinav in 2019, alleging harassment by him towards her and her daughter.
Meanwhile, Vishal was in the news for his breakup with Madhurima Tuli. The two had a bitter public feud, which began after they appeared on Nach Baliye 9 as an ex-couple.
