Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill is back in the legal spotlight after TMZ Sports reported new court filings connected to his ongoing divorce from Keeta Vaccaro. According to the documents obtained by the outlet, Hill is asking the court to modify the current timesharing arrangement involving their daughter. Specifically, he is requesting that his grandmother replace Vaccaro as the person present during his scheduled time with the child. Hill claims in the filing that Vaccaro has been using these moments for personal purposes rather than focusing on co-parenting, which he argues interferes with the quality of time he spends with their daughter.

The court documents further state that Hill alleges Vaccaro has expressed interest in reconciling the marriage and has also made requests for additional financial support while they are together during timesharing. Hill maintains that these conversations place him in an uncomfortable position and detract from the purpose of his parenting time. He also notes that in July 2025, Vaccaro amended her dissolution of marriage petition to include what he characterizes as false and exaggerated tort claims. Hill’s filing adds that he believed she would be open to stepping back from her role during his timesharing, but claims she has opposed that change.

Keeta Vaccaro’s Legal Team Responds as Hearing Is Set and NFL Context Remains Relevant

Vaccaro’s representatives strongly disputed Hill’s assertions in a statement provided to TMZ Sports. Her attorney, Evan R. Marks, stated that the claims made in Hill’s latest filing were untrue and consistent with what he described as inaccuracies in prior filings. According to the statement, Vaccaro has no interest in reconciling with Hill and has alleged in her legal filings that she suffered physical and emotional harm during the marriage. Her legal team emphasized that she has sought to maintain a cordial co-parenting relationship while prioritizing the safety and well-being of their daughter.
