Anupamaa, a popular TV daily serial starring Rupali Ganguly, has captivated viewers’ hearts with its intriguing plot for several years. The current plot revolves around the central character’s troubles as she adjusts to her new life in the United States, putting viewers on the edge of their seats.
With some exciting new additions to the programme, the crowd is excited to see what happens next and if their favourite couple, Anupama and Anuj, aka Rupali and Gaurav Khanna, will reconcile. To add to the excitement, the creators have decided to introduce yet another new character who will help move the plot ahead.
According to IWM Buzz, Parakh Madan, who most recently appeared in Kavya Ek Jazbaa and Ek Junoon, will soon join the cast of Anupamaa. According to a source, “Parakh Madan will enter Anupamaa, and she is supposed to be the lost love of Yashdeep.”
According to the current track of the show, Yashdeep (Vaquar Shaikh) runs the restaurant where Anupama works. He and his mother are now related to Anupama. Yashdeep recently discovered Anupamaa’s connection with Anuj and talked about his own love journey. He described how he had lost his love.
According to reports, Yashdeep and Simran will be essential to the story after the new actress appears. Details about their past will come to light as Yashdeep’s bonds with Anupama and Simran’s affections are expected to shift.
Meanwhile, as the show’s track changed to the United States, Sukirti Kandpal appeared as Shruti. Speaking about joining the popular show midway, the actress told ETimes, “Of course, Anupamaa is doing very well, and it is a legacy show, and everybody wants to be a part of a legacy show, especially if the character has a track record with Anupama, the show’s namesake, and Anuj.”
Sukirti drew on her previous experience with legacy shows to emphasise the long-term impact such projects may have, even years after they are no longer on television. Sukirti claimed not to be a regular viewer of Anupamaa due to her frequent travels, but she was aware of the show’s consistently large fan base.
Rajan Shahi produces the show through his company, Director’s Kut Production. Aside from Rupali Ganguly and Gaurav Khanna, the programme now stars Sukirti Kandpal, Alpana Buch, Vaquar Shaikh, Aurra Bhatnagar, Chandni Bhagwanani, Aadhya Barot, Madalsa Sharma, Trishaan Shah, Kunawar Amarjeet Singh, Dishi Duggal, and others.
