Shark Tank India’s season 02 is going on air since the first Monday of the new year, 2023. It premiered on January 02, 2023. It airs on Sony Tv and its digital sister concern Sony Liv app. This show is an Indian adaptation of an American original show called Shark Tank, which is being telecast on American Broadcasting Company since 2009. The judge in Shark Tank India season 02 are: Peyush Bansal – Co-owner and CEO of Lenskart, a premium eyewear brand in India, Vineeta Singh – Co-owner and CEO of Sugar, a cometic brand in India, Anupam Mittal – owner of Shadi.com, a matrimonial platform, Makaan.com, a real-estate platform and Mauj, a short-video platform, Aman Gupta – Co-owner of Boat, an electronic brand in India and Namita Thappar, executive board of director, Emcure pharmaceuticals and Amit Jain – Owner of Cardekho.
In one of the fun-filled interviews of all the sharks of season 02 with Tanmay Bhat and Rohan Joshi, we see sharks spilling the tea on other sharks and comparing the currently running season 2 with the virgin season 1 of the show. They talked about which shark was likely to invest more in businesses more compared to those who were fussy this time around. They even discussed about the audience’s perception of the show with respect to comparisons being made between season 01 and season 02. They were even seen discussing Elon Musk and their views on his notorieties. And in a fun-inducing manner, they all were seen pulling Amit Jain’s leg as a new shark replacing the one ‘who could not be named.’
And the cherry on cake was Vineeta’s Singh’ mimicry of all the sharks and the way they presented themselves in season 02. For Aman Gupta she sat the way he does and said, “bhai tu great hai bass aya late hai.” Everyone guffawed watching the cosmetics brand co-owner being all goofy.
