On Sunday, Rishi Singh is announced to be the winner of Indian Idol season 13.
No doubt, Indian Idol is one of the most popular singing reality shows on Indian television. It has never failed to amaze audiences with its amazing participants around India.
Rishi, who is from Ayodha, competed with Debosmita Roy and Chirag Kotwal to bag the trophy. After competing for seven months, Rishi placed among the top six contestants, along with Debosmita Roy, Chirag Kotwal, Sonakshi Kar, Shiva Singh, and Bidipta Chakraborty.
Rishi, being the winner, won the trophy as well as a car and a 25 lakh rupee cash prize. Debosmita, who is from Kolkata, secured the position of first runner-up, and Chirag, who is from Jammu and Kashmir, secured the second runner-up position and got 5 lakh rupees each. Bidipta and Shivam, being the third and fourth runners up, also received 3 lakh each.

The judges for Indian Idol Season 13 were Neha Kakkar, Himesh Reshammiya, and Vishal Dadlani. Rishi has been a sensation throughout this season and is famed for his romantic duets with Bidipta, his co-participant. The duo served many old and new hits together.
