Asit Kumar Modi, the producer of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah that aires on Sub Tv introduced Kiran Bhatt as the show’s new Nattu Kaka. He shared a video on Twitter and informed netizens about it with an emotional message. The most recent update came just weeks after Ghanshyam Nayak, the show’s original Nattu Kaka, died on October 3. The late actor battled cancer, and fans miss seeing him on the show. Now, his son Vikas Nayak has spoken out about Kiran Bhatt reprising his father’s role.
“I think Kiran Bhatt Ji, who has come in, will probably do good justice to the role originally played by my father,” he told in an interview.
Adding, “My father appeared in a number of Gujarati plays produced by Kiran Ji. I texted him to congratulate him on his new position. This a new element, and I haven’t seen the show for a while but I think now, I will.”
