Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin: The television show, starring Bhavika Sharma and Shakti Arora, has successfully captured the audience’s attention. Ishvi, popularly known as Ishaan, and Savi’s love tale has also got positive feedback from the audience.
However, it is impossible to deny that Ishvi’s story and Sairat’s story are very similar. The love triangle, stories, and even certain characters felt like a rehash of the initial season, which starred Neil Bhatt, Ayesha Singh, and Aishwarya Sharma.
Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin: Akka Saheb and Bhavani Chavan
Bhavani Chavan was one of the characters from the previous season that caused the most trouble for Sairat. The character was rather old-fashioned in her thinking, frequently making decisions for other family members, and especially detested Sai.
In the current season, the manufacturers have introduced another clone of Bhavani Chavan with a new name, Akka Saheb. Akka Saheb is the leader of the house, despises Savi, and chooses everyone’s fate. It would have been good if the filmmakers had put more effort into Akka Saheb’s persona rather than simply making another version of Bhavani Chavan.
Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin: A similar love triangle
Even if the filmmakers and actors do their best, they cannot deny that the current love story is nearly identical to the previous one. Ishaan (Shakti Arora) and Reeva were meant to marry, but the former marries Savi (Bhavika Sharma) since he feels bad about killing Savi’s entire family.
In the last narrative, Virat and Paki were in love, but Virat was forced to marry Sai because he was indirectly responsible for the death of Savi’s father. With minor variations, Ishvi and Sairat’s love stories appear to be nearly identical.
Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin: Same story lines
Do you recall how Pakhi’s (Aishwarya Sharma’s) husband left the Chavan household in the previous season? This season, the same story is told but with a different character. Even Shikha’s spouse, Chinmay, is absent from the tale.
The producers have not revealed if Shikha’s husband is away for work or whether there is a lengthy backstory that could eventually be turned into a major twist. The makers may exploit Shikha’s spouse, Chinmay’s, re-entry as a major plot twist in the programme, like they did with Pakhi’s husband, Samrat.
Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin: The similar characteristics between the leads
Now we clearly understand why there are some similarities between the prior and present male and female leads. However, in the instance of Ishvi and Sairat, all four characters share many similarities. Like Virat, Ishaan adores his family. Ishaan, like Neil Bhatt’s character, is committed to help the female lead achieve her goals. When it comes to the female lead, Savi is very similar to Sai. The major characters have many characteristics, such as battling for her aspirations, standing firm, and being lone warriors.
Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin: Bhosle and Chavan family
Both families seem very similar. The Bhosle family, like the Chavan family, is rigid and conservative, with women limited in their ability to pursue their aspirations and make a name for themselves. Currently, Akka Saheb is making Savi’s life terrible by assigning her back-to-back domestic chores.
A similar situation occurred in the previous season, when Bhavani made Sai’s life tough by assigning her household responsibilities. Bhavani preferred Pakhi more, much as Akka Saheb prefers Reeva more.
In the previous season, Bhavani’s brother-in-law was a major fan of his sister-in-law; in the present narrative, Nishi also refers to his sister-in-law, Akka Saheb, as an idol. The Chavan and Bhosle families appear to be virtually identical.
Even some supporters frequently point out similarities between the two seasons. It will be intriguing to watch if the creators continue to mimic the previous season or if they introduce an entirely new angle to the show.
