For a long time, there have been conjectures about how Zee TV’s Ishq Subhan Allah will be putting a lid on its run on the GEC. However, there was no confirmation about this till now. Before the lockdown too the show failed to impress its audiences and the TRPs generated by the show are pretty less.
Well, the latest we have come to know is that the makers are finally decided on pulling the plug on the show after 8 more episodes of it.
According to a source close to the producers, revealed to BusinessUpturn.com, the makers are planning to telecast individual videos of actors proclaiming about their show resuming on TV. “The main lead actors of the show Eisha Singh, Adnan Khan and Tunisha Sharma will be recording selfie videos of themselves saying, ‘we will be back on your TV screens soon’ which will be telecast in between all the shows that will be aired.
The source further continued, “This will be done in order for the audiences to know that the show is indeed is coming back. However, once the show resumes the telecast, they will begin with the episodes that had been telecast just a week prior to the lockdown in order to refresh the audience’s memories about the show. That is the time they will utilise to shoot for the newer episodes. They will not be able to telecast new episodes directly because none has been shot and the shooting and post-production will take time.
The source went on to state that, there will just be 8 episodes which will be telecast before the show is axed!”
Well, that sure is a big revelation. After the lockdown things will surely take time to come back on track. We hope things fall in place soon.
