The audiences are claiming Bigg Boss 14 of being boring as the current contestants are playing a safe game. The entire season has been a waiting game, expecting for some action to unfold. Despite all the A-list TV stars in the show, it’s sad that nobody has made that one big move which would pave the way for entertainment.
Rubina Dilaik, Jasmin Bhasin, Nikki Tamboli and Aly Goni are the ones who don’t react until and unless they are purposely pulled in some arguments. Abhinav Shukla, who seems like a strong personality, but gets scared of Rakhi, and starts crying if she touches him. Rahul Vaidya, the singer who has nothing to express, yet he will keep singing songs. Seems like Rahul wants to get featured in a Music show post Bigg Boss. Aly Goni has no personal stand. Before when Jasmin was in the house he used to keep supporting her. Now that she is no longer in the house, he follows and supports Rahul Vaidya.
The Makers of Bigg Boss 14, tried their best to make the show more entertaining. They introduced the Challengers Concept and brought in 6 contestants from previous seasons. Vikas Gupta, Arshi Khan, Rakhi Sawant, Kashmera Shah, Manu Punjabi and Rahul Mahajan. Rakhi did her best to get on everyone’s nerves.This move definitely proved worth but that too didn’t last for long.
Another transition that has been annoying the audience is bringing back eliminated contestants. As many as 3 contestants were brought back through wild card/joker cards. This gave an unfair disadvantage to the rest of the contestants.
Besides, the repetitiveness of the tasks which hint at laziness on the part of the makers, the housemates this season more often than not handed the win to someone else or sabotaged tasks. Aly even said, “If I don’t get to win, I won’t let anyone else win.”
