While the pandemic has proved to be a testing and trying time for many, it has also been an opportunity for family and friends to reach out and support their loved ones who contracted the virus. Recently, Shehnaaz Gill, Bigg Boss 13 contestant, contracted the virus and she said her brother made enduring the virus a lot easier.
Yesterday, Shehnaaz, whom you may also know as Sana, took to Instagram and shared a post about her brother, Shehbaz. It had a caption that read, “Hey! @realsidharthshukla thanks for tagging me to share my Real Challenger Story. I would like to #RaiseAToast to my brother Shehbaz @badeshashehbaz who stood by me when hit the worst pandemic situation. I was shooting when covid 19 outbreak took a toll on the nation. My brother stepped up like a real challenger, he took care of me and everything around to make me comfortable. I will always be grateful to him for being the constant pillar in the most difficult times. Royal Challenge Sports Drink in association with Royal Challengers Bangalore is paying tribute to many such challengers who inspire us everyday with their challenger spirit. A big shoutout to our covid heroes!”
She also thanked the Toofani senior, Sidharth Shukla, for tagging her to give a shoutout to her brother. Recently, he posted a picture of him holding a jersey with the slogan: “My Covid Heros.” It had the hashtag #Raise AToast, a trend recognizing family, friends, and even strangers who helped those who contracted the virus endure the suffering. He also tagged Sana, encouraging her to partake in the virtual toast. She posted a picture with a similar jersey.
