Bigg Boss 19 has finally broken into the Top-10 most-watched TV shows with its TRP rising from 1.2 to 1.4 after Shehbaz Badesha’s entry and Amaal Mallik’s captaincy week. This surge is even more notable considering that Colors TV airs the episode 90 minutes later than JioHotstar — yet the craze remains intact.
However, the real domination is on digital platforms. On OTT, Bigg Boss 19 has cemented its position as the No. 1 reality show across all platforms, recording a massive 7.8 million average viewership on JioHotstar.
The spike comes right after episode 24, where Shehbaz and Amaal became the centre of attention with their prank that turned the entire house against Shehbaz. While Amaal stayed in his “good cop” captaincy role, Shehbaz’s confession and the resulting house drama made for high-voltage entertainment.
With nominations around the corner, the show is set for more drama, twists, and shifting equations inside the house.
