The ongoing chipka debate between Shehbaz Badesha and Malti Chahar took centre stage during Bigg Boss 19’s Weekend Ka Vaar when Salman Khan asked Shehbaz to clarify his remark to Malti about “tu Amaal se chipki rehti hai,” stating that he had not observed it himself.

Shehbaz explained his perspective, “Starting mein sabse pehle ‘chipka’ isne [Malti] ne bola tha… ki tum aapas mein chipke rehte ho… aur mujhe taunt bhi kiya hai ki ‘Amaal mujhe tujhse baat karni hai, but ye tujhse chipka hai isiliye baat nahi kar sakti.’”

Malti defended herself, arguing that she had not used the word chipka that often. Both Shehbaz and Amaal, however, stood by their version, claiming that Malti had indeed started the narrative.

Salman weighed in with his usual mix of authority and humor. He pointed out that even if Malti had used the term, it was not necessarily wrong, since she is literally stuck to Amaal most of the time.

Adding a humorous observation, he remarked that Shehbaz and Amaal had become the new Abhishek-Ashnoor of the house, referencing the well-known duo whose close bond had also sparked speculation and drama earlier in the season.

The exchange highlighted the trivial yet escalating nature of conflicts in the house, where minor words can become major points of contention. While Malti maintained her stance, Salman’s intervention served to both clarify the situation and lighten the tension with a dose of humor.

Housemates were left reflecting on the dynamics, realizing that even playful jibes like chipka can create ripples in the Bigg Boss ecosystem — especially when alliances, friendships, and rivalries intersect.
