The Weekend Ka Vaar episode of Bigg Boss 19 took an emotional turn as renowned music composer Daboo Malik, father of contestant Amaal, made a surprise appearance on the show. His brief yet powerful presence offered both encouragement and advice to his son, who has been making headlines for his confrontational behavior in the house.
While Daboo acknowledged Amaal’s aggressive gameplay, he also reminded him of the values they’ve always stood for. “Continue with your aggression and fights if that’s part of your game,” he said, “but don’t play under the belt.”
In a heartfelt moment, Daboo urged Amaal to maintain dignity, especially in how he addresses women in the house. “Ek lafz bhi aisa mat bolo, kisi lady ko, jo mera, tumhara, and humare daddy ka pact tha – hum zindagi mein kabhi aisa koi shabd nahi use karenge jo women empowerment ke khilaaf ho,” he stated firmly, drawing a line between strong gameplay and disrespectful conduct.
Daboo also shared that people outside the house are appreciating Amaal’s authenticity, telling him, “Log keh rahe hain ‘organic aadmi hai, apni sahi baate rakhta hai.’”
The words hit home for Amaal, who became visibly emotional and broke down in tears, saying, “Mujhe aapko dukhi nahi karna.”
To this, Daboo responded with warmth and pride, “Main dukhi nahi hoon, main tum par garv karta hoon.”
The father-son exchange brought a moment of reflection and vulnerability to an otherwise volatile season, reminding viewers—and contestants—that while Bigg Boss may be a game, values and respect must never be compromised.
