This weekend’s Weekend Ka Vaar episode of Bigg Boss 19 brought not just drama, but a poetic storm as the house turned into a battleground of witty verses and savage shayaris.
The special episode saw the cast of the upcoming film Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari — Varun Dhawan, Janhvi Kapoor, Sanya Malhotra, Rohit Saraf, and Maniesh Paul — join host Salman Khan for an evening filled with laughter, jibes, and poetic burns.
In a creative twist to the usual confrontations, Varun threw a challenge at the contestants — target each other with shayaris instead of words. What followed was a dhamaka of rhyme and sarcasm that had everyone on edge.
The promo teased a particularly biting verse from Amaal Mallik, who aimed his words at a few housemates, “Baate karte ye sab mere aggression ki… magar karte khud peeche se vaar hai… Itna sochne ki zarurat nahi hai janab… naam inka Nehal, Pranit aur Awez Darbar hai.”
Mridul Tiwari, never one to shy away from a sharp line, directed his shayari at Tanya with a mix of mockery and mirth, “Main toh haari hoon, bechaari hoon… sabse badi dukhiyaari hoon… Idhar roungi, udhar roungi… aur raat mein chugli karke mast soongi.”
The housemates showcased their poetry skills and left everyone stunned with their sharp replies! 🥶😂#BiggBoss19 #WeekendKaVaar pic.twitter.com/Md0QztIXW3

However, it was Maniesh who had the audience in splits, delivering a cheeky yet charming shayari aimed at Nehal, “Main aapke liye ji sakta hoon… aapke liye mar sakta hoon… aapke liye kuch bhi kar sakta hoon… Aur agar aap na maani… toh ye formula kisi aur pe apply kar sakta hoon.”
With poetry replacing the usual shouting matches, this Weekend Ka Vaar gave fans a refreshing and highly entertaining twist. As the promos go viral, viewers can’t wait to see the full episode and witness how the contestants handle being roasted in rhyme.
