The latest Weekend Ka Vaar on Bigg Boss 17, hosted by Karan Johar, was intense. Karan didn’t hold back and criticized contestants like Mannara Chopra and Ankita Lokhande. However, the major highlight was the eviction of Sunny Arya, also known as Tehelka, due to his violent behavior towards Abhishek Kumar. Tehelka held Abhishek’s t-shirt and showed aggression, leading to his expulsion as violence is strictly prohibited inside the Bigg Boss house. Post-elimination, Sunny Arya shared his thoughts, particularly addressing Abhishek Kumar.
In an interview with DNA, Sunny Arya explained that his anger towards Abhishek Kumar stemmed from the latter’s continuous provocation and targeting of his friend Arun Mashettey. Sunny expressed that his frustration arose from wanting to protect Arun, leading to the outburst. He further claimed that Abhishek’s actions were solely for the cameras, suggesting a performative element to his behaviour. He said, “Yeh reaction uska camera ke liye tha. Aur woh pehle bhi kar chuka hai. When he overacted, the makers decided to evict me.”
Further, he mentioned the love angle of Abhishek and Khanzaadi’s by tagging it as ‘fake.’ Sunny feels Khanzaadi’s game was good initially but she spoiled it because of her closeness with Abhishek. He stated, “Mujhe toh shuru se fake lag raha tha. Kyuki Abhishek ko pyaar kaise ho sakta? Woh har ladki se flirt karta hai. Maine usse kehte hue suna tha ki ‘Aisa karenge toh highlight honge’.”
The eviction of Sunny Arya, also known as Tehelka, deeply affected the housemates. Arun Mashettey, his close friend, was visibly emotional and shed tears. Vicky Jain, who recently formed bonds with Tehelka in the dimaag house, was also moved to tears. In a surprising turn, even Abhishek Kumar, despite their conflicts, was seen weeping and pleading with Bigg Boss to reverse Tehelka’s eviction.
