Nimrit Kaur, the actress from Choti Sardarni, is now a competitor on Salman Khan’s Bigg Boss 16. It’s no secret that the actress has struggled with mental health issues. She had taken a break for 40 days in 2021 as a result of mental exhaustion. Her followers applauded her for making the risky choice since she had experienced brain exhaustion. For the uninitiated, this is a condition where one gets weak on the inside as well as out.
The actress was questioned about how she will handle the mental hardship in Bigg Boss 16 during an exclusive interview with Bollywood Life. Nimrit said “I think Bigg Boss is a platform where I can talk about mental health more as I believe that gone are the days when we need to make it a facade and I do not think it is a taboo. It is a conversation we should have. I would love to use this space and platform in the most positive way I can and I will in the show, will keep my mental health in check. If not will have my outbursts”.
