Yesterday’s ‘Weekend Ka Vaar’ has sent Sumbul Touqeer, Shalin Bhanot and Tina Datta’s friendship for a toss. In the promo shared by the channel for tonight’s telecast of Bigg Boss 16’s second ‘Weekend Ka Vaar’, we see Tina and Shalin both trying to explain themselves, rather angrily, to Sumbul. This came after Sumbul’s father, Mr Touqeer Hasan Khan, came on stage along with the host of the show, Salman Khan, and bashed the wits out of Shalin Bhanot and Tina Datta. All this on an Indian national television telecast.
Mr Touqeer Khan was seen accusing Shalin of using her daughter’s innocence saying, “aapne pure ghar mein uska tamasha bana diya (you’ve made a spectacle of her (Sumbul) in the entire house).” And telling Tina that, “apne pehle Shalin ko uksaya, aur phir pure ghar mein har ek insan ko bataya (first you instigated Shalin and then went on to tell about this to everyone in the house).”
While Sumbul’s fans are very happy and content with the Shalin-Tina bashing, but Twitterati think the makers of Bigg Boss season 16 are biased towards Sumbul and few of the popular actresses of Colors Tv naming: Nimrit Ahluwalia and Priyanka Chahar Choudhary. Netizens think that while Nimrit was made the captain of the house in the very first week, Priyanka is given a lot of footage via a fake animosity between her and Nimrit.
