Shamita revealed that at first when Colors approached the actress for the show, Shamita said,”What is the point? I know I am not going to win.” The actress felt that way because there is a difference between Bollywood fan base and television celebrities have their own fan base.
The actress also said that she is very disappointed that Pratik Sehajpal did not win and so is the audience. The actress also said that she is happy that she did not win but she has received all the love and respect from the audience. Shamita said that the love and support she has received from the fans is the real victory for her. The actress also said that she has spent 6 months on a reality show and she finds that as a commendable achievement.
