In the latest Voot Extra Masala, Vindu Dara Singh and Devoleena Bhattacharjee are having a jolly time together. Vindu shares with Devoleena that he has watched Sholay 18times. He further continues to say that in 1980s, he had a VCD player, but did not have any movies play in that.
Further, he says, “7-8 friends of mine had a one-one movie with them. So we used to exchange those cassettes with each other. Everyone kept a record of who had taken which cassette, and then on weekends we used to return them back. A special book was made to keep all those records.”
Later, Vindu says he owned a Sholay movie cassette, that’s why he has seen Sholay 18 times. It’s still his favorite movie till date. Furthermore, Rakhi reveals that she used to steal money from mom and dad’s purse to watch movies. She says, “Maine toh paise churra kar ke sirf movie dekhi hai, bohot saari movies.”
At the end, Vindu taunts Rakhi, “That is why you are returning back money to them.”
