Bigg Boss 14 contestant Rubina Dilaik talks about her grandmother in an Extra Masala episode. She says, that her grandmother “is a character in herself… and her sense of humour is on another level”. She informs Kavita, that her husband Abhinav Shukla and her grandmother share a great rapport with each other.
Later, she shares with Kavita that, ever since her grandfather died, her grandmother has taken charge of the entire house. And even till today, keeps a tab on all of her income and expenses. She is like the ‘boss-lady’ of the house.
The actress’s grandmother turned 87 this year and her stamina is unparalleled. Being the strong woman that she is, she still climbs all the way to the sixth floor and back in their ancestral home. The F.I.R actress was left awestruck after hearing this. Rubina further adds that her capabilities does not limit to just keeping tabs on her accounts, but also doing the household chores all by herself.
Kavita found it very inspiring and expressed her wish to meet this ‘strong’ woman in person. Truly, we all should be inspired by such strong women in our lives.
