The recent episodes of Bigg Boss 14 showed the contestants getting emotional as they miss their families during Diwali. In an Extra Masala video, Kavita Kaushik and Nikki Tamboli are seen sharing their love for train travels and celebrating festivals with families.
The video begins with Kavita asking Nikki if she ever travelled by train to which she replies positively. Kavita then shares it is so much fun travelling in trains and wants to experience it again. Nikki tells the actress that her family used to often travel to Aurangabad via trains when she was a child. She adds on saying her family wasn’t well off that time but she had a lot of fun travelling in the trains. Then Kavita tells her, “jab bohot zyada rich na ho na, tabhi life mein maza aata hai.”
Nikki agrees with her saying that the importance of everything is understood when you aren’t rich. She shares with Kavita about how every year her mother used to travel to Aurangabad for Raksha Bandhan. Further, she says that her mother used to either go herself or send a Rakhi but now she doesn’t. Nikki shares that her mother’s actions upset her because family is the most important to her. She revealed that she likes to celebrate festivals with her whole family.
She shared with Kavita that now her family is quite well off but they do not put in the same efforts and it upsets her. When Kavita told her to take the initiative and do the work, Nikki shares that for the past three years she hasn’t celebrated any festival with her family.
The video ends with Nikki sharing that earlier her parents used to push her to start with the preparations now it goes the other way around.
