Bigg Boss has always been killing it with the drama, romance, and games, making it one of the most-watched reality shows with over 158 million viewers. But now, the host of the current season, Salman Khan, remarks that the participants used his name to attract eyeballs. In a recent episode, Rubina Dilaik complained that Salman directed condescending remarks to her husband. During the Weekend Ka Vaar episode, which aired on Saturday, Salman accused Rubina of using his name to create more drama and attract fans. Here’s Salman Khan addressing Rubina Dilaik: “Ab samaan wali baat main touch karu ya na touch karu, yeh aap mujhe bataye kyuki agar main isko touch karunga toh main ekdum bheetar iske ghus jaauga. Dekho aap andar khel rahi ho bahut accha khel rahi ho lekin iss khel main mujhe shamil mat karo aap (Now, shall I address the ‘samaan’ issue? Because if I do, then I will address it in detail. Look, you’re playing well, but please don’t include me in your games).”
Salman also pointed out to Rubina that he would have regarded her husband, Abhinav Shukla, just the same, even during her absence. “Main aapka competition nahi hoon, main aapka host hoon, aap mere ghar mein reh rahe ho. Toh please, iss galatfemi mein mat rehein, kyunki yeh galatfemi ka gubaara aapke sar pe phootega (I am not your competitor, I am your host, you’re staying in my house. So please, be aware of this, otherwise your plans might backfire),” he said.
In case you missed it, Rubina did not appreciate the ‘samaan’ (luggage) tag given by Salman, to Abhinav. She had found the comment as derogatory and had stated, “I feel utterly disrespected, I believe in mutual respect and I cannot function and work at a place where I feel disrespected.” However Bigg Boss was successful in convincing her to not quit the show.
