Bigg Boss 14 began in October this year, with the theme of ‘Ab scene paltega’. It was launched with new changes in the format, rules, look, amenities, which only increased the curiosity of the fans.
BB14 started off good, but it didn’t match the expectations of the viewers and was termed as ‘boring.’ But since last few weeks, it has picked pace and grabbed eyeballs.
The makers introduced former contestants of the show as the ‘challengers’ in Bigg Boss. Vikas Gupta leads the pack with Arshi Khan, Manu Punjabi, Rakhi Sawant, Kashmera Shah, and Rahul Mahajan. Morever, the evicted contestants Aly Goni and Nikki Tamboli have already made their re-entry in the house. Not only that, with the audience’s increased interest in the show, the makers have decided to extend the season. Yes, you read it right!
A source close to Midday said, “Thanks to Salman’s star power and his banter with the contestants, Weekend Ka Vaar has grabbed eyeballs. So, the makers have decided to cash in on it. They are torn between wrapping it up on Valentine’s Day or February 20 as the latter will give them the advantage of having a Weekend Ka Vaar. ”
And to make it more interesting, the makers are adding six wild-card entries to the list, it seems like the audience are to be in for more entertainment. In adherence with the safety protocols, the new entrants were tested and quarantined ahead of joining the housemates.
