Rupali Ganguly starrer Anupamaa show is full of mysteries and dramas. The main lead, Anupamaa’s life is never off of troubles and chaos. When she was in America, Anu did her best to pursue her dreams and career. However, her past came back to haunt her yet again. Anu got engulfed in Anuj and Shruti’s arrangement which led a big trouble. Anu’s career was destroyed by Shruti.
Anu came back to India for Dimpy and Titu’s wedding. Anuj, Aadhya also came back for the ceremony. However, Vanraj had different plans in mind. He tried to ruin the ceremony, but Anupamaa was there to make the situation at ease. Finally, Dimpy tied the knot with Titu.
Post the wedding ceremony, Baa gives Yashdeep and his mother wedding return gifts. Anuj and Aadhya are also showered with the gifts. Meanwhile, the judge of the Super Chefs competition arrives in India and gives the trophy back to Anupamaa. She is thrilled and joyous as she wins back her pride and self-esteem.
On the other hand, Yashdeep also gets a call, indicating that he can open Spice and Chutney once again. Yashdeep asks Anu to return to America, as they have to work together. But it comes as a shock to everyone when Anu reveals that she isn’t going back to the States.
Anupamaa decided that she would stay here and help other needy women. Anuj tries to convince her by saying that she can do that work from the States as well. However, Anu has made up her mind that she is going to stay in India.
Aadhya is very much revived after hearing this news. She didn’t want Anupamaa back in their lives. Aadhya even revealed to Anuj that she is never going to let anyone take Shruti’s place.
Recently, a new promo was released which showed that the show will undergo yet another leap. While Anu will start an NGO for poor and needy women, Anuj has been shown in a different avatar. He is sent to a mental health centre as his condition worsens after Anu leaves him.
