
Ali Baba: Ek Andaaz Andekha will soon be going off air. The show starring Abhishek Nigam and Manul Chudasama is expected to shut down on the 10th of June and the shooting will be completed this month, as per sources. The show will be replaced by an upcoming drama Vanshaj, which will cast Anjali Tatrari and Mahir Pandhi in the lead roles.
According to a source that is closely affiliated with the show said, “Yes, the makers informed us recently that the show is ending. It will mostly wind up on June 10. We will wrap up the shoot by the end of this month,” to Entertainment Times. Alia Baba: Dastaan-e-Kabul, part 1 was a greater success and was highly favoured by the audience.
But since the terrible incident that occurred in December, its TRP started going down. The death of lead actress Tunisha Sharma on the 24th of December became to be a big shock for everyone. She committed suicide on the sets of the show and before her demise, the actress talked to Sheezan Khan, her ex-boyfriend.
Since then, he was held as the prime suspect in the case and it was known that the couple has started dating on the show and just a few weeks before her death they had broken up. After her death, the show was renewed for another instalment with Abhishek Nigam and Manul Chudasama but it couldn’t do well on television.
Sheezan was given bail on the 5th of March and he will be next appearing in Khatron Ke Khiladi. Although he was objected to by Tunisha’s mother as she released a statement regarding the violation of the law and soon after that, he was permitted by the Vasai court to Travel.
