Former actor and Bigg Boss alum Sana Khan is over the moon as she announces that she is expecting her second child with husband Anas Saiyad. The couple, who welcomed their first child, a baby boy named Tariq Jamil, in July this year, is thrilled to be expanding their family.
Second baby on the way
Sana took to Instagram to share the news with her fans, posting a heartfelt message that expressed her gratitude and devotion to Allah. “Alhamdullilah… Ya Allah, grant me from Your own (power) a goodly progeny. Verily, You are the One who listens to the prayer,” her caption read. Sana’s post was accompanied by a beautiful image that radiated joy and positivity.
Sharing a special video to announce the news, Sana wrote, “Alhamdullilah… “Ya Allah, grant me from Your own (power) a goodly progeny. Verily, You are the One who listens to the prayer. Oh my Allah give us from our spouses and our children comfort of eyes and make us heads of the God- fearing. Only Allah has the power to grant such a gift and reaffirms his responsiveness to sincere prayers. Bless us with a family that is not only abundant in number but also in virtue. May Allah accept our prayers and make it easy on all of us”.

For those who may have forgotten, Sana Khan had announced her decision to leave the entertainment industry and embark on a spiritual journey before marrying Anas Saiyad in November 2020. In a note shared on social media, Sana had written, “I am speaking to you at a significant turning point in my life… However, in recent days, I have been reflecting on whether the true purpose of life is merely to pursue wealth and fame.”
Sana’s marriage to Anas Saiyad, a Muslim scholar and businessman, marked a new chapter in her life. The couple welcomed their first child, Saiyad Tariq Jamil, in July 2023, and are now eagerly awaiting the arrival of their second bundle of joy. The former actress had a highly successful career in the Hindi film industry and also made appearances in South Indian films. After participating in Bigg Boss 6, she also worked in the television industry.
